A Lagos House of Assembly aspirant contesting to represent Ikorodu Constituency II under the banner of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Honourable Oluwatosin Onamade, has denied rumours making rounds that his party nomination form was purchased for him by one hon. Nurudeen Saka Solaja from Imota.
Responding to reports circulating on social media that his APC party nomination form was sponsored by the current Lagos State House of Assembly Ikorodu constituency II representative, Hon. Solaja, Onamade described the narrative as “total lies from the pit of hell”.
According to Onamade, “it has come to my notice that some unscrupulous element working an evil script of some of my political opponents are pushing some wrong stories in the media that one Honourable Solaja was the one that purchased my APC nomination form for me.”
“This is totally untrue and should be discarded in all ramifications”. He stated.
According to Onamade, the false rumours being propagated did not come to him as a surprise.
He said, “The people sponsoring this narrative are only doing so out of fear.
“My decision to represent our dear people of Ikorodu constituency II at the Lagos State House of Assembly is already giving them sleepless nights. They now see me as a threat that must be derailed through unnecessary, unwarranted and outrageous claims as this one.”
Onamade however encouraged all his teeming supporters not to relent in their support towards his election bid. He assured them of his utmost loyalty when given the chance to represent them.
