Chadwick Boseman, a Hollywood star best known for his star role in the movie Black Panther, and his co-star in the Avengers films, has passed away after a four-year battle with colon cancer. He died on Friday at his Los Angeles home, says his family.
According to his family via a twitter disclosure, “Chadwick had been diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer in 2016 two years before the release of Black Panther. More so, he has been shooting movies for the last four years while undergoing chemotherapy treatment.”
He died at the age 43.
Since Chadwick was diagnosed with cancer in 2016, the actor had acted in several movies including Civil War, Black Panther, Infinity War, Endgame, Thur good Marshall, 21 Bridges, and more.
“A true fighter, Chadwick preserved through it all, and brought you many of the films you have come to love so much”, his family wrote further.
