It was a glorious moment for the winner of the Big Brother Naija Lock-down Season, Olamilekan Agbeleshebioba, popularly known as Laycon, as he was presented with a cheque of Thirty Million Naira in an award presentation event aired live on DStv Channel 198.
Apart from the cash prize, the winner also received a won prize of a two bedroom apartment situated in Lagos by one of the show sponsors, Revolution Plus. Other prizes presented to the Lockdown champion include a brand new car from car manufacturer Innoson Motors, a fully sponsored trip to Dublin courtesy Guinness Nigeria Plc., amongst others.
The total worth of prizes grabbed by Olamilekan as the overall winner of the BBNaija Season 5 amounted to a total of N85,000,000 (Eighty Five Million Naira).
While appreciating the show organizers and sponsors for the opportunity, Laycon promises to use his music talent to touch lives, adding that it was the primary reason he went into the Big Brother House in the first place.
