Lagos lawmaker representing Kosefe Constitutency II, in the Lagos State House of Assembly, Honourable Tunde Buraimoh popularly known as Big Daddy, has been declared dead.
The sad news of his death was revealed by his colleague, Hon. Sanni Ganeey Okanlawon from Kosofe Constituency I via social media. The lawmaker died exactly two weeks after marking his 60th birthday.
Until his death, Big Daddy was a notable and active member of the parliament after having served also as the chairman house committee on judiciary, petitions and LASIEC. He was also a former Kosofe local government chairman from 1999 to 2002 and a member of the Lagos State House of Assembly since 2015.
The cause of his death has not been revealed as at this moment, but The Chief Press Secretary to the Kosofe Local Government Chairman, Taiwo Fadipe, said Buraimoh died after a brief illness and having been absent from the Assembly’s complex for two weeks.
